【論文】 アリモドキゾウムシとイモゾウムシの侵入経路の推定

日本の前職での共同研究成果が受理され、公開されました。

アリモドキゾウムシとイモゾウムシは共に重要な侵入害虫で、根絶事業が行われています。この論文では、ミトコンドリアDNAの分子系統学的解析およびハプロタイプネットワーク解析によって、日本で発見された系統の起源は単一でないことが明らかになりました。
